Foods
To make wise food selections, diabetics need to focus on three types of foods.
The first is low sugar, complex carbohydrate foods such as: whole grain breads and pastas, legumes, brown rice, fruits and vegetables.
The second is lean proteins, which include: chicken, fish, eggs, dry beans, nuts, low-fat milk and cheese.
And finally, fats should be used sparingly and they should be “good” fats like: polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats because both those contain the essential fatty acids omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9. Examples of “good fats” are: fish, nuts (especially walnuts and almonds,) avocados and olive oil.
Enhansulin is a highly beneficial supplement that can reduce the absorption of sugar into the intestines when taken before meals further lowering the glycemic index of the foods you eat.
